Terms of Service.

To enter the Arena, you must create a citizen account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Debatra reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false intelligence during registration or violate our Rules of Engagement.

Citizens retain ownership of the original intellectual content they contribute to the Arena. However, by posting content on Debatra, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute that content.

We do not claim ownership over your arguments, but we maintain the right to curate and moderate that content to ensure Arena integrity.

Debatra is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that the Arena will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Debatra shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Debatra operates. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the appropriate tactical courts.
